Our goal at TechXas Con is to create a Tech Conference specifically for the Tech lovers living in the State of Texas. When you attend TechXas Con, expect a lot of learning that will propel your professional and/or entrepreneurial career to the next steps, all while connecting with the best Techies in the State of Texas. There will also be lots of fun activities at the Conference.

Where is the Conference taking place?

TechXas Con takes place in Houston, TX from July 14 – 16. We are taking over the prestigious Marriott Marquis Houston in the Downtown area of Houston.

I am not a Texas Resident but would love to attend the Conference? Can I still attend?

Yes you can. While TechXas Con is primarily targeted towards Texas residents, non-residents are welcome to attend the Conference.

Preparation

I'm attending the Conference from outside Houston? Is there a Room Block available with discounts?

Yes, we are finalizing a Room Block with our host hotel that will be launched in January 2025. Please stay tuned for announcements on room block opening.

Reservation

How much are tickets to the Conference?

Conference tickets are $799 for General Admission and $1799 for VIP Admission. However, you can get Early Bird tickets today at less than 50% of the price until December 30, 2024. Present ticket prices are $399 and $799 for General and VIP admissions respectively. See our Ticketing page for details on perks that come with each purchase.

Whats your Refund Policy?

All ticket Purchases are final. However tickets can be transferred to someone else before June 7, 2025.

I would love to purchase tickets for a large group of people. How do I go about this?

If you are willing to purchase tickets for a group of more than 20 people, we can offer discounts on tickets. Please reach out to us at info@techxascon.com.
